For EIT Manufacturing Master School:
- Application Deadline: March 31, 2024
- Early application by the first window deadline (February 2, 2024) is encouraged for non-EU students for visa purposes.
- Tuition Fee:
- €8,000 per year (EU applicants)
- €15,000 per year (non-EU/EFTA applicants)
- Scholarship: Merit-based with a €2,000 Mobility Grant
- Eligibility: Bachelor of Science Degree of 180 ECTS in a related field.
- Final-year Bachelor of Science students may apply, with conditional acceptance if qualified.
- Qualification Documents: All documents must be in English or provide certified translations.
- Degree Certificate, ongoing studies statement, and stamped transcript.
- English certificate requirements: IELTS >= 6.5, with no section lower than 6 or TOEFL IBT>= 93 (minimum 21 for writing, 19 in the other sections) Test results from TOEFL should be sent directly from the ETS test centre to the EIT Manufacturing Master School Office (Code: C898)
- English test waived for certain applicants (check our application portal).
- English certificate must not be older than 2 years (24 months) as of 30th September 2024
- Curriculum Vitae with academic and professional details.

- National ID (Passport) color copy
- Letter of recommendation (check application portal, as it depends on the partner university).
Important: Non-EU applicants are responsible for their Visa process.
For EIT Manufacturing Doctoral School:
- Application deadline: 31 January 2024
- Tuition fee: Free for PhD students from partner universities
- Scholarship: Mobility grant is provided. Details in our application portal
- Eligibility: Applicants must be enrolled into a PhD position at one of the partner universities.
- Qualification documents: All documents must be submitted in English.
- English certificate requirements: IELTS >= 6.5, with no section lower than 6 or TOEFL IBT>= 93 (minimum 21 for writing, 19 in the other sections) Test results from TOEFL should be sent directly from the ETS test centre to the EIT Manufacturing Doctoral School Office (Code: C898)
- English test waived for certain applicants (check our application portal).

- Description of the thesis subject no longer than 2 pages
- A letter of support from the PhD supervisor, authorising the PhD student to participate in all required EITM Doctoral School activities
- Letter of motivation: Maximum 600 words including the following,
- The specific contributions you can bring with your research and work within the field of manufacturing
- The interest and experience you have in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, highlighting the main aspects and impact of your future business idea.
- The activities the candidate would like to benefit within the Doctoral School.
- National ID (Passport): Colour copy
